The Plenary Session of the General Council of the Judiciary will study on the 24th the proposed report on the preliminary draft Law on Digital Efficiency of the Public Justice Service , of which members Victoria Cinto, José Antonio Ballestero, Juan Martínez Moya and Rafael Mozo have been speakers. . The regulatory text transposes into the Spanish legal system Directive (EU) 2019/1151 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 20, 2019 , on the use of digital procedural tools in the field of company law. This norm completes a legislative shortlist in which it was preceded by the draft laws on procedural and organizational efficiency of Justice, on which the governing body of the judges reported in the months of July and October of last year, respectively.
